At Elevyn Sports, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. As a small, independent brand offering custom and limited-edition sportswear, we’ve outlined our refund and returns policy to ensure transparency and fairness for everyone.

1. Returns Eligibility

Custom and personalised items (e.g. printed names, numbers, or logos) are non-returnable, unless they are found to be faulty or incorrect as determined by Elevyn Sports.
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Elevyn Sports reserves the right to make the final decision on whether an item qualifies as faulty, incorrect, or eligible for a refund.
